How To Use :
Handle for the pallet,it has three positions ,there are neutral gear,shift gear and drop gear.
turn up the gear of the handle ,the forks will go down slowly.
Put down the gear ,press the handle for several times ,the forks will go up .
Put the gear in the middle position ,we can pull or push the pallet scale ,it can move to any where .
